Emily is a freelance documentary director and editor. She specialises in crafting award-winning character-driven documentaries that feature in the Guardian and Rolling Stone and screen at SXSW, DOC NYC, Freighfest and more.

In the past she has worked with OTOXO Productions in Barcelona, co-directing, producing, and editing ‘Nuestro Muro’, a 30-minute doc for Spanish channel – Betevé, and edited the documentary feature film ‘Alien On Stage’, which received glowing 5-star reviews in the Hollywood News, The Peoples Movies, IndieWire, and more.

She is now freelancing from the UK, mainly with VICE. As a filmmaker, she is drawn to capturing DIY spirit and fringe cultures.
